Bhago Mobility provides transportation-related services, logistics arrangements, and related support. Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

3. Fees and Payment

Payment for Services must be made using the methods offered in the app. All fees, surcharges and taxes are your responsibility unless specifically indicated otherwise. Bhago Mobility may change pricing with notice; your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

4. User Responsibilities

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
Provide accurate and current personal and payment information.
Use Services only for lawful, legitimate purposes and not for any fraudulent or abusive purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, engaging in illegal activities, harassing others, submitting false or misleading information, or interfering with the operation of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is owned by Bhago Mobility or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bhago Mobility is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bhago Mobility is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts with jurisdiction as permitted under local law.
